One rear extension, start to finish
A 1930s semi in Southdown: a full-width kitchen extension, fourteen weeks on site. Every job gets photographed like this, so you can see what's under the plaster.
Sample project. On your site, the photos you send from the van go here.

Weeks 1 to 4Footings in, the back wall opened on props, the steel across, and new blockwork rising either side.

Weeks 5 to 8Walls up and the roof on. From the garden it already reads as part of the house.

Weeks 9 to 12Glazing in, plastered, radiators hung. The old kitchen wall is gone.

Week 14Handed back and cooked in, with the building-control certificate and the guarantee in the file.

What customers say
Tom sent us an update every Friday, even the weeks when all that happened was drainage. We always knew where things stood. A year on, the extension still looks like it was built with the house.
Three builders came to look. Ashworth were the only ones who'd already read the drawings we sent through their website, and their quote listed every stage. It came in under, because the stairs turned out simpler than they'd allowed for.
Kitchen and dining room into one. Two and a half days of dust, kept far better than I thought possible behind their screens, and you can't see where the wall was.
My office at the bottom of the garden. Warm all winter. They carried every piece through a terraced house and didn't mark a single wall.
Sample reviews. On a real site these come from the business's own Google profile.

Or tell us about the job
Photos of the space and any drawings you have tell us more than a twenty-minute phone call. Send them here and we'll ring you back with questions that make sense, or a rough figure if the job is simple enough to price from pictures.
