How a job runs

The same five steps for a garden room or a two-storey extension. You always know which one you're on.

  1. 1

    Ring, or WhatsApp a photo

Tell us what you have in mind. Photos of the space and any drawings you have, straight to the mobile.

  2. 2

    We come and look

Within a week, at a time that suits you. Tom measures up and talks the job through.

  3. 3

    A fixed written quote

Itemised stage by stage. You pay as each stage is done, never a big sum up front.

  4. 4

    One site lead, Friday updates

The same face on site every day, and a short written update with photos each Friday.

  5. 5

    Snag, sign off, guarantee

We walk it with you, fix the list, and hand over the certificates and a 10-year guarantee.

Lacock, one of the villages on our patch. Half our work is in old stone houses like these.

Bath, and about twenty miles round it

Most of our jobs are in Bath itself and the stone towns and villages towards Wiltshire and the Mendips. Further out for the right job, so ask.

Ashworth Build isn't a real firm, so this message goes nowhere. On a real Get Online site it lands in the builder's inbox the moment someone presses send, name and number at the top, ready to ring back.
