Is there really no setup cost?
Yes — £0 to start. The monthly only begins once your site is live and you're happy with it.
Do I have to write the words or sort photos?
No — that's our job. Tell us a bit about what you do (a quick chat or a voice note is plenty) and we write and design it. Got a logo or photos? Send them. Haven't? We'll work with what's already out there and sort the rest.
What if I don't like how it looks?
We tweak it until you're happy — before it ever goes live. It's designed around your trade, not dropped into a template, so it should feel right from the first look. If it doesn't, we change it.
How quickly can I go live?
Most sites are live within a few days of getting your details — not the weeks an agency takes. After that, changes are quick: usually the same or next working day (same-day on Get Booked).
Is “every change” really included?
Yes — all the everyday stuff is in: hours, prices, photos, new text, moving things around, adding a page. The only thing that isn't is a complete rebuild or a brand-new direction — that's a fresh project, and we'd always agree it with you up front. No meters, no per-change fees.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime, up or down. The plan grows with your business — moving from Get Online to Get Leads to Get Booked is the whole idea.
What's not included in a plan?
Bespoke apps, multi-location setups, anything heavier — that's the 'Let's talk' path, quoted separately so the three plans stay simple and honest.
Do I own my site and domain?
Yes. The domain is your asset; we just hold the keys so you never miss a renewal. Your site files are yours too.
Can I leave whenever I want?
Anytime — there's no tie-in. We transfer your domain to your own account free and hand over your files. Nothing held hostage.
Is there a yearly option?
Yes — pay yearly and get 2 months free (you pay for 10 months, not 12). Monthly stays the default, low-commitment way in; switch to yearly whenever you're ready.
Can I just buy it outright instead?
On request — a one-time build you then own and self-manage. Most owners stay on the monthly for the ongoing get-found work and the unlimited changes.
