Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Little Web Lab (“we”, “us”). By subscribing to a plan you're agreeing to them.

What we do

We design, build, host and look after a website for your business, and do the ongoing work to help you get found locally. Which of those you get depends on your plan — Get Online, Get Leads or Get Booked. There is £0 setup on every plan.

Paying for it

• Your monthly only starts once your site is live and you're happy with it.
• Plans are billed monthly in advance, or yearly (with 2 months free) if you choose.
• If we ever need to change a plan's price, we'll tell you in good time first — never a surprise on the bill.
• Everything needed to run your site is included in the monthly. If something would ever cost extra, we tell you up front and you decide — we never quietly add a bill.

Changes to your site

Yes — all the everyday stuff is in: hours, prices, photos, new text, moving things around, adding a page. The only thing that isn't is a complete rebuild or a brand-new direction — that's a fresh project, and we'd always agree it with you up front. No meters, no per-change fees.

What's not included

Bespoke apps, multi-location setups and other heavier work sit outside the three plans — that's the “Let's talk” path, quoted separately and only ever with your say-so.

Your part

• Give us accurate details about your business.
• Make sure you have the right to use any logos, photos or words you send us.
• Use your site for a genuine, lawful business.

Your domain & your files

Your domain is your asset — we just register and manage it for you so you never miss a renewal. Your site and its content are yours too.

Leaving

There's no tie-in, ever. Cancel anytime and we'll transfer your domain to your own account and hand over your files — free. Your site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for.

Getting found

We do the real work that helps you get found — but no honest studio can promise you'll be number one on Google, and we won't pretend otherwise. We'll always tell you plainly how it's going.

Our responsibility

We build and look after your site with reasonable care and skill. We can't be held responsible for things outside our control, or for knock-on losses such as lost business. Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms we'll change the date at the top, and let customers know directly about anything significant.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
