- Usually. Downlights go in from below and existing runs can often be reused — and we'll tell you honestly on the survey if a ceiling has to come down.
- Are smart lights worth it?
- In a room whose mood you actually change, yes. In a cupboard, no. We'll tell you which is which rather than sell you the lot.
- Can you match what I've already got?
- Send a photo or the model number and we'll match the fitting, the colour temperature and the beam angle, so the new light doesn't stand out.
