for a two-bed flat · sample figure
A two-bed flat is usually £150 to £220, a three-bed house a little more. Remedial work is always quoted separately, after you've seen the report.
Voltway is a fictional business, so every figure on this page is made up to show the shape of a real service page. A live site carries the business's own prices.
Three questions people ask
- How often do I need one?
- For a rented home in England, at least every five years and before a new tenancy starts.
- What happens if it fails?
- Anything coded C1 or C2 has to be put right. You get it priced as a separate quote, so you're free to compare it or use your own electrician.
- Can you fit round the tenant?
- Yes — we book with them directly and give a two-hour window. Most flats take two to three hours inside.
