Cold side: water, leaks and bathrooms
A bathroom from the pipes up, finished in under a fortnight.
We do the plumbing ourselves and bring in the same tiler and electrician we've used for years, so there's one person to call and one price. Or, if it's just the shower that's let you down, we can usually swap it in a morning.

What's in the price
- A design visit and a fixed price for the whole room
- Strip-out, plumbing, tiling and electrics under one person
- A day-by-day plan so you know when you'll be without a loo
- All waste taken away and the room left clean
What it tends to cost
from £4,800
for a fitted bathroom, labour and materials (sample figure)
Most full bathrooms land between £4,800 and £8,500 depending on tiles and fittings. A straight shower swap starts at £350 plus the shower.
How it goes
- 1
Show us the room
Photos from the doorway and of what you'd like. Showroom links welcome.
- 2
Design and price
We measure up, talk it through, and send a fixed price within the week.
- 3
Fitted
Most bathrooms take eight to twelve working days, with one person in charge.
“One person to ring for the whole bathroom, and it was done the day Dan said it would be. The tiler was brilliant too.”
Questions people ask
Can we choose our own suite?
Of course. Buy it yourself or we can supply it at trade price. Either way we check it'll fit before anything's ordered.
Why is my shower so weak?
Often low pressure from a tank system or a tired mixer. Send a photo of the shower and tell us if you have a hot-water tank; there's usually a fix.
Do you do wet rooms and accessible bathrooms?
Yes, including level-access showers, grab rails and higher toilets. We'll talk through what works for the space.
